We have led, mentored and managed customer expectations for resources and requirements in system analysis environments with thousands of workstations. We have mentored the development teams in Object Oriented Application Development (OOAD) and UML modeling. We have architect and designed J2EE patterns for service-oriented B2B and B2C e-business CISCO application solutions. We have in-depth understanding on creating a Host Access Transformation Services (HATS) application. Several projects completed through the use of the WebSphere Development Studio Client (WSAD) for iSeries with the HATS plug-in and the integrated WebSphere Application Server Test environment. Experience with Open Source Technology to include Tomcat, JBoss, PHP and RedHat Linux. We have strong technical skills, including experience in XML, Web Services, SQL, SOAP, JSP, J2EE, and UML. Extensive experience for delivering enterprise computing platforms, such as client server, mainframe, web technologies, and how they all integrate with each other to create knowledge & value. Ability to architect new processes & re-engineer existing processes to improve them to Six Sigma levels. We have Microsoft .NET Architect migrated and developed lucrative solutions for integrating J2EE, ColdFusion and .NET. We assist and advise technical resources for best practices and code optimization for evaluation of OOAD through IBM-Rational Unified Process (I-RUP). Our communication skills are extremely strong, and coupled with relationship management skills, have the ability to translate strategy into clear action plans and act independently and expertise to form winning teams.

History
We have been involved in IT over 30 years and building websites for the World Wide Web. Prior to building websites we had contracts to relocated satellites for the Seven Flags or the League of Nations, which in the time-line of 1946 is now known as the United Nations.
